Terms and Conditions

For all conditions of sale please read our terms of conditions prior to purchasing goods from our site.

 

1) All prices are in pound sterling, we reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order, we will e-mail you with the price before order is completed.

 

2) All product and services are subject to availibility and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

 

3) Deliveries: If an order is received by noon, we aim to dispatch that order on the same day (subject to availibility). Please allow 2-3 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched. Orders received after noon will be dispatched next day (subject to availibility).

 

4) All postage charged at Firstclass rate, and a special delivery rate. All parcels are sent at customers own risk if however you would like to pay for insurance then there is a £3.00 additional charge.

 

5) Payment: Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on your part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

 

6) In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods, please return the product and contact within 48 hours of reciept.

 

7) Data Protection: We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with efficient after sales services but will not pass your name and address to any third parties. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 7 days of the dispatch date with your reciept providing it is not used however for HYGIENE reasons EARRINGS cannot be returned, unless proven faulty. Items that are supplied at your request and are not proven to be faulty will incur a 10% levi off the refund price to cover the cost of invoicing and the charges we incur from the credit card company that is taken when we place your order.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED: No quibble, no questions 7 day refund. If your chosen item does not meet your expectations in every way, send it back unused in the condition it was recieved and you will recieve a full courteous refund - please note this guarantee does not apply to large discounted orders. Postage returned at customers own expense. PRODUCT GUARANTEE: all products are guaranteed. This guarantee specificly excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect, or misuse.
