Shipping & Returns

Holiday shipping:

To make sure you receive your goods on time, please order before the 14th of December during the festive period.

Mainland UK:

Shipping by Royal Mail with all items in the order going to one address. Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

• Allow 3 - 8 working days for delivery, from date shipped.

International:

• GBP 8.95
• Allow 6 - 16 working days for delivery, from date shipped.
The customer is responsible for any fees, taxes or customs duties charged by your country.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 7 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
Please contact us at using the contact us link before returning item.Once we receive your returned item and we process it, your refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Returns must be packaged properly and insured or they will not be accepted..
Pierced earrings are non returnable items due to hygiene reasons.
Nayla is not responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping cost.
The shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.

If there is a manufacturing defect:

Defective items can be returned to us. When the item is received we will evaluate the defect. If we deem it valid, we will replace the item and reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges. If we deem the item to be non-defective, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges. 

Error in shipment on our part: (incorrect items)

On receipt of the returned incorrect item we will immediately ship the originally ordered item. We will reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges.
Change and order:
You may change an order if the order has not yet been processed.
